Quarry-newness

I will post a couple for now,the other need a little photoshop! Selia carmichael (http:/www.modelmayhem.com/450898) was the model this time!! The one and only model that didn't happen to flake out that weekend! She was great, at the start she was very pep-e , until i made her swim with a 50 lb dress on and she almost filled her lungs with water!!

Mixed Feeling about B+w

Well, i think my website really wouldn't look good with a B+W. Am i wrong? My whole drive is circled around the hue , saturation, and luminance of my photography. To take them out , i almost think of it as a trick , a shite photo filter, or a mopping up of the essence of the shot! But from time to time i do a shoot and i hate the colored outcome and i turn it black and white.

Insectus!!! new bugs

This is a series entitled "INSECTUS" which is latin that means "to cut into sections". They meant this physically with cutting tools and surgical instruments. But my focus was to cut them visually with my compositions. To gain a greater understanding of what constitutions lie within each of their sections?

Water series continued "simulation of surface"

Finally ,i found name -my name,my whatness,my complexes,my drive ,my name for the serie! "Simulation of surface"- My simulation is the imitation of complex movement (of water). This flux is a driving focus  of this work. The act of simulating the water is key to representing the water.I am closing the door on the dualism of the content  of these two objects.

i think of this Zen Koan often- the moon is in all waters
